The project mainly produces IPS LCD panels, using A-Si/IGZO TFT-IPS technology, with a design capacity of 120 thousand pieces/month and a glass substrate size of 2250mm×2600mm.

Technical characteristics, Mianyang Huike adopts new optical alignment, 4PEP, COT, GDL, IGZO, Cu process and other technologies, and is at the leading level in China. Compared with the traditional IPS and FFS modes, its technical features can effectively improve production yield and product performance. At the same time, the development of BPS with COT technology further optimizes the product process, making it more cost-effective and more efficient.

Starting from October 2018, the project was capped in August 2019. The project completed the full capping of the main structure 23 days ahead of schedule, creating a new record for the construction of clean workshops in China.
